District ICT Lab Pilot Launch – April 2025
Digital Skills for Young Learners – Gaibandha district ICT lab pilot, first phase launch.
In April 2025 the Gaibandha District Administration, together with the Digital Education Hub team,
launched the first ICT Lab Pilot. Selected students from partner schools joined weekly sessions on
coding, robotics, Google Workspace and online safety.
During the first month, learners completed hands-on mini projects such as:
- Scratch-based mini animations and storytelling
- Micro:bit traffic light simulation
- Robo-car line follower challenge
- Simple HTML web page about their school
Attendance, project scores and feedback were logged in Google Sheets for transparent reporting
to school leaders and the district office.

Google for Education Verification Journey – Status Update
Domain verification, documentation and evidence collection for DigitalEduHub.org
Our Google for Education verification process for DigitalEduHub.org is in progress.
We have prepared documentation with our partner schools – Kisamat Baluya Govt. Primary School and
Chapadah BL High School – to show real enrolment, lab usage and community benefit.
The evidence pack includes:
- Student enrolment and attendance proof
- Teacher and administrator verification letters
- ICT lab photos, device lists and usage logs
- Community impact summaries and project reports
Next steps: DNS verification of the domain and final review of our educational justification by Google.
Once approved, students will receive safer, education-ready Google accounts under our domain.

Student Project Highlights – Coding & Robotics Lab
Monthly spotlight on projects that show problem-solving, creativity and teamwork.
Every month we select a few standout projects from the Digital Education Hub coding and robotics lab.
These projects show how far learners have come in logical thinking, collaboration and presentation skills.
Recent highlights include:
- AI Quiz Game built in Scratch (Grade 7)
- Robo-Arm object picker controlled with sensors (Grade 6)
- Maze-solver robot that can find the exit automatically (Grade 5)
- “Digital Village” animation showing a smart rural community
Each project is documented with photos, short videos and a rubric score so that parents and
school leaders can clearly see student progress.
